My carpets were....gross to say the least with animals and kids but he got it pretty spotless and the odor treatment Wes well worth it. 10/10 highly recommend the company and the technician.

Personalities and customer service

This is not the first time that we have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning. We like that the product used does not have soap in it and that the carpets are not soaked. The employees are knowledgeable, experienced and professional. We will continue to use Zerorez.
