I was very impressed with your service from beginning to end. Very informative with the initial call and prompt to service our property. Technician explained everything and was very careful within our home. It was a small job, only our stairs and they were very willing even though a small job and half the cost of the other company's I contacted. Stairs looks new again and I highly recommend Zerorez and will certainly use again.

Excellent cleaning

I was able to schedule the appt quickly, they gave me a 2 hr window and called prior to that window to let me know there was an option to come a little early. Technician was friendly, quick, and asked for my approval before finishing in case I wanted anything gone over again. He was thorough, carpets are clean and dried timely, payment was easy and they didn't charge a fee for using a credit card. Nothing I would want to change!

Fabio was excellent he was very neat and professional. I am very satisfied with the rug cleaning.

I'd definitely recommend Zero Rez to friends & family but if they had more than 1 indoor dog/animal, I'd let them know the dog smell came back quickly.
I think my carpet would need to be cleaned 1 time per week for at least 3 weeks or so to get out most of the odor.

1) I like that Zero Rez it's not putting soap in my carpet.

2) The young man (Shawn?) that cleaned our carpet was Wonderful! He was very friendly, kind, considerate, & also patient as we still needed to move some furniture. He was also very thorough. We really appreciated him!

3) The scent was not over powering, but I don't know if Shawn had reduced the amount of the cleaning solution because when I made the reservation, I had expressed concern about potential strong scent from the solution.

Jacob did a fantastic job and was very friendly and accommodating. He got all the stains off the carpet and they dried quickly. I would definitely use your service again and recommended it to my friends.

Your representative, who came to my home, was efficient and kind. My chair looks brand new. He did his job while keeping me apprised of the cleaning process. Thank you for supporting very good employees.

The service providers were on time, were knowledgeable about the products used and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were efficient and didn’t waste any time. The end result was great and better than we could have hoped for…considering the carpet was over 27 years old. The stairway carpet looked brand new! The dry time was a bit longer because of extra treatment in certain areas, but we were informed of that. The CO2 monitor went off again later in the day, so we opened a window and turned on exhaust fans as well as our ceiling fans which we already had going to help with drying. I recommended Zerorez to my cousin!

Very professional and explained everything. We were interrupted by a medical video call and he was very understanding. I especially liked how he protected all the corners from the big hose.

The fact that when Shawn arrived he explained what and how the carpet would be cleaned even though It was a high traffic area and rather soiled he went right to work on it and preformed a miracle. The carpet looked brand new and had warm air from heaters drying the carpet. Very reasonable price for the efficient and professional job, I highly recommend and will use again.

Great service every time.

We needed some carpet cleaned immediately and without using soap as a cleaner. I called zerorez and they scheduled for the next morning. Two young men, Daniel and Mason showed up right on time. 8 am. They were friendly, helpful and they did a great job. The carpet looks great. We are happy.
