Our carpet was in absolutely terrible shape. The carpet is a very light gray, almost white. We had pet stains that had been on the carpet a lengthy time. That technician from Zerorez worked his tail off. The carpet is now amazing. He certainly changed the appearance of my home. Thank you.

We heard about your services on the morning radio 94.7 WQDR. We have cats, dogs, and children so our carpets in our bedrooms needed some care. Replacing our carpet was not in the budget and after visiting the website for Zerorez Raleigh, we thought we would give it a try. The service was phenomenal! We were given an estimated time of arrival and they actually called and came early (which never happens with most companies). The employee was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the services step by step and was very focused on getting our carpets to look the best that they could. We had three bedrooms and our carpeted steps cleaned. We are VERY pleased with the outcome and will be using them again in the future!

We have used Zerorez services for several years now & have always been extremely satisfied. This time of cleaning 4 rooms was no different! Francisco did an excellent job in getting out some stains & our carpeting, which is several years old now, looks brand new & feels wonderfully soft.
