Carpet cleaning was very good, but our area rug took a very long time to be cleaned. When it was returned the first time, it still had a noticeable spot, so the delivery person took it back, and then it took another week for cleaning. It was away for a month.

Justin was a hard worker. Really cleaned tile floors well, got most stains out of off white sofa.
had problems with overspray onto adjacent planking, making area sticky. he worked hard at cleaning it up.
After he left, i decided that your product may have removed/disolved top layer of planking, exposing layer of adhesive, that was sticky to walk on. Trying to wipe it up resulted in teeeny balls of either top layer or the adhesive. At least, this is my theory. So area is a bit different looking, but I can live with it.
I HIGHLY recommend that adjacent areas always be covered with a towel or small tarp to prevent whatever is causing this problem. I won't let anyone work at my house without this protection in future.

It works wonderfully. The Tech did a fabulous job. My dad is an elderly man and his carpet in his Den where he sat was really dirty. The Tech got 95 percent of it clean. He did a amazing job and worked so hard.
