Hayaat did such a great job. My couch is white and had not been cleaned in 5 years. I have two huge dogs and a black cat which had left it very dingy. He was able to get all the stains out and it looks so great. It looks brand new. He was also so nice and I really appreciate his hard work and friendliness. I would definitely want his help again.

YOUR REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAINED EVERY STEP THAT HE WOULD TAKE IN PRETREATING STAINS AND PET ODORS. HE CARRIED OUT ALL OF THE STEPS WITH EXPEDIENCE, AND PROFESSIONALLY STEAMED OUR CARPETS BACK TO NEW LOOKING WITH ALL OF THE SCARRY LOOKING STAINS GONE. HE ERASED ALL SCENT OF PET ODORS AS WELL. Everything - the easy scheduling, the follow-up phone call, the on-time arrival, the explanation of the services, the fact they didn't need to use our water, the astonishing job - the carpet had been cleaned over the years and it NEVER came this clean. I am the GM for a local plumbing company. As we all have mistakes sometimes in the plumbing industry we do too. When we have, we have used zerorez.
