The Culligan service technician is friendly and knowledgeable. The portable exchange tanks work for us. Not dispensing salt water from the softening tank into the septic system is an environmental investment. I’m surprised more people living near the river don’t use the portable exchange option for their softening. Maybe they don’t know about it.

The delivery person (I believe his name was Braydon) went out of his way. I do not have a driveway at the moment, so met him on the road with my car. He offered to carry the bags of water softener salt down to my house. I said I could take them in my car and bring them on myself. He said they are 50 pounds and said I will meet you at your house and bring them in for you from your car. He brought them in the house, put two bags in my water softner, and took the packages with him.
He went above and beyond in my situation without a driveway.
