Received clear information about the unit we purchased and what we were to expect from this project. The installation went smoothly and ahead of schedule with all of my questions regarding the operation of the equipment answered.
The Culligan service technician is friendly and knowledgeable. The portable exchange tanks work for us. Not dispensing salt water from the softening tank into the septic system is an environmental investment. I’m surprised more people living near the river don’t use the portable exchange option for their softening. Maybe they don’t know about it.
