The deliveries have always been done on the anticipated day. The bottles are placed in a convenient and secure are of my enclosed patio. I appreciate the notifications of deliveries the day before so I can be prepared. The water tastes great and the price can't be beat.

Johnathan and Miguel arrived on site right when the appointment was scheduled. They introduced themselves and got right to work. Turned out I had a bad well pump. They pulled the old and replaced it with the new in just over an hour. I watched their work more out of curiosity and learning than anything else and these guys did an outstanding job. Very clean work replacing a section of drop pipe and installing the new pump. Their electrical work was very clean. These two guys seem to work very well together. I would highly recommend.
As a side note, the day prior, I had Camden come out and give things a look. From contact with Culligan to him getting out here was under an hour. He helped me hook up to my neighbor's water so we wouldn't go without overnight. His diagnosis was pretty much spot on. Kudos to him as well.
Service folks are always friendly and professional. Products seem to be effective and require little maintenance. I especially like my RO system.
We had the system put in last fall and it worked wonders on our extremely hard water. Something came up and it stopped working. Turns out it was user error. Chelsea worked on it and showed us what we needed to do (fill a reservoir!). It works perfect again. Chelsea knew what she was doing and was very polite and professional. She even left an empty sample bottle so we knew what to buy for the next treatment!

I have hard water and with there system my water is great. I do have another system under my kitchen sink that takes the salt out of the water in case you have high blood pressure. The staff on the phone are always helpful and talks to me so I can understand the answer to my questions. The workers that come to my for servicing my product are the best.
