MY CULLIGAN MAN IS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS CHECKS THINGS ARE WORKING CORRECTLY WHEN HE COMES AND FILLS THE SALT. I'M NOTIFIED WHEN HE IS COMING SEVERAL DAYS AHEAD OF HIS VISIT SO I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHEN HE WILL COME. THE SERVICE I RECEIVE IS TOP NOTCH AND PROFESSIONAL.
Everything is top notch. We have had the softener for a while. Works very well. Have had to have a service call after many years of service. They came out quickly and took care of the unit.
