I like that they come and deliver the salt for my unit. They also let me know if they see any issues. I like that they call and let me know when they are coming to the house. Service men are all very polite and respect the property.

I enjoy the fact that I don't have to do anything. Maintenance and services are completed whether I am home or not. It is as worry free as it gets.
I think it was Doug who serviced us. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain the operation of the existing system and the way it works. He also explained the way the water piping is configured and the cost of the salt and how Culligan takes care of their customers. I was very impressed with everything.
Quality, reliability
I love that they will deliver my salt and supplies and fill my tank, change my filter, etc and take away the empty bags. It costs more for this but we can't do it ourselves anymore.

I like that I don't have to keep an eye on the amount of salt in tank, and have to buy it and haul it down the basement. I also like that I don't have to worry if the water softener is working at peak performance or isn't working.

Product has always been adequate and usually service was good with the exception of a couple years ago. This time we couldn’t have asked for a better service & friendly man. Keep him on !!!!
