3. LASTLY - YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM (AGAIN) - SIGNING IN TO PAY YOUR BILLS - IS HORRIBLE. I ALWAYS HAVE TO SIGN IN AS A "GUEST" TO PAY MY BILL.

My most recent visit from Cullegan left two bags of PELLETS. Since the beginning of my service all bags have been granules (very small salt pieces). Is there any problem intermingling them with pellets?

The delivery person was friendly and knowledgeable concerning the product and equipment, and more than happy to accommodate our requests for more salt, if needed. The salt works well and does not leave any residue or malodors when completed, and after several years, we have not had any equipment failures due to hard water
