So far the softener and reverse osmosis thing have been great. Everyone we’ve interacted with Ih any way has been amazing. My only issue was having to write down my social and credit card info on paper. It doesn’t seem very secure and it makes me very nervous. I hope that paper is destroyed once the necessary info is processed. Other than that, everything and everyone have been awesome.
I always get a quick response. He has walked me thru a few procedures without having to send out a technician.

I have a Neighbor Next-Door that would love to have soft water but cannot afford the $250 to have the system set up. If you are able to help contact me and I will give you her information. I have been with your company for I believe nine years may be longer! I took over my mom’s account after she passed away.
The product works EXACTLY as advertised. I had mine four FIVE YEARS without any issues. One time my messed up electricity caused it to go off, and they came and reset it without charging me. They picked it up with no hassle when I moved. Thanks, Culligan, for saving my HAIR from the hard water!
Fantastic customer service but way to much for a service call.
