Excellent service technicians, very professional and friendly.
It's very convenient to have the salt delivered and taken to the basement. It helps me out a lot. The delivery person, Austin, was very helpful and friendly, loosened the salt in the tank and put a couple bags of salt in. It costs more to have it delivered versus buying it at the store, but the convenience is worth it to me.

Everyone at Culligan (from the sales team to the associates who deliver water softener to the folks who answer the phones) are nothing but nice, helpful and professional. I’ve been extremely pleased with having a water softener. I love the results and the experience has been great.
