I like having nice water. The service man that delivers my salt is so friendly. He never seems to mind lugging my salt to the basement and putting the salt in. I live alone and I would never be able to do it myself. And a few days ago a repair man came out and replaced my filters. I have been with you guys for over 13 years and I’m still happy. I rent all my equipment because it’s easier for me and the filters are free and you keep up with them even when I don’t call It’s worth renting for me then buying. It’s worth the extra cost. Keep up the great work. Us older people need help like this.

I feel like Pella Water Condiioning does a good job of keeping my Culligan softener working the best way possible. I was one of the first to have a "rent to own" system, and although it might have been more expensive to do it that way, it was best for me at the time.
I trust that the people who come to my house to bring my salt, will check the conditioner and make sure that things are acting the way that they should.
I haven't checked recently, but I know the time was off because of recent storms. I hope the delivery service fixed it for me!

They are flexible - when I cannot keep my appointment for salt delivery, they work with me. That is so appreciated. It is great to have the salt delivered. And it is great to know I can call at any time if I have problems with the equipment. The equipment had a problem once in all these years -- so I think that means it is pretty reliable! Your staff are so friendly and professional too. Love Culligan!

Customer service and professional
I appreciate the option to rent rather than own the equipment. I also like that Culligan contacts me, the customer, when regular servicing should be scheduled. I know that I can call on Culligan if any problems or questions arise in regard to the rented equipment. For me, this business arrangement is "peace of mind."
