The service was excellent. We received a call before they arrived. Installer was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything before he did what was needed to get the softener installed. Explained how the softener worked & showed us what to do if there is an issue. Would highly recommend this service to anyone. Please use only my first name

the installer was great - I loved how thorough he was with setup and making sure the placement worked for our needs in the furnace room - couldn't have gone any better.
