Delivery of bags of salt to our home, down stops multiple times always with a smile. Unfortunately, my husband is ADA & is unable to walk independently much less able to heave bags. I use to be able to lift the bags into water softener receptacle, but recently I injured my shoulder badly.
Zack was exceptional when he delivered 6-8bags on Thursday. He was courteous to my 8mo old German Shepherd too!

Our service technician, Tom, is fantastic. He works so hard and is the most professional in his appearance and his attitudes to customers. He has been our tech of choice for so many years I can remember when it started but over 20 years. He is a great representative for your company. You are very lucky to have him as an employee.

at first our water system worked great. But we’ve had more and more problems with it over the last six months. When your technician Nick came out the other day, he was fantastic. He explained things how they worked. He tested things. He gave me some suggestions and when he left, we finally had water again. I’m not sure about the Culligan system in general… But your technician was amazing.
