Excellent quality products. Started used Culligan products in 1995 in Tampa. When we had to relocate to Fort Myers, Culligan packaged my entire system for the movers. When we moved to Fort Myers, we had the system installed by MAST Family Culligan and had monthly services. When that system needed updated, we made a poor choice to go with a cheaper, less reputable product and did not have any service provider but ourselves. We quickly learned that Culligan products and services are the MOST RELIABLE and highest QUALITY we have experienced. When hurricane IAN took out our cheaper softener (literally), we immediately called MAST to get back with them! They IMMEDIATELY came to my home to assess my needs. Despite all the havoc IAN caused for home/commercial service industries, MAST was able to get my entire system installed- softener and RO purifier under my kitchen sink- in about 2 weeks or so! And the people working for MAST were the same people from previous years. When there isn't a big turnover rate in employees that speaks volumes for their management. I'll stay with Mast Family Culligan as long as I live in SWFL-- thanks to their entire staff for all they do!
The service person (sorry forgot his name) was on time and very courteous. Explained everything and cleaned ups as well!

This is an update to a review I submitted the week of May 18, 2026, regarding a mis-handled delivery and unsatisfactory customer service. Since that time, Culligan has reached out to me several times to attempt to resolve the delivery issue. At this time, I have been assured of a correct delivery this coming Tuesday.
I want to commend Culligan for responding so quickly.

Delivery of salt and carrying down the basement. I consume much less salt since getting the new system.
Our delivery man is always very kind. I don't see him to often anymore, because he's always in and out so fast! I've only needed needed to a hand few of times ,but the couple of times I did have to stop into the office the lady at the front dest was always so nice.
