The best denise, the card has spanish. Your call again in um I believe north town and the technician that came to my house. His name is Ryan, also based in the north town office. Were up absolutely outstanding underneath provided immediate um, service and rep solution concerning issues with my account with the bill processing and ryan was here yesterday on August 17th is a very thorough technician, very courteous, left, everything immaculate when he was finished. So thoroughly answered all questions really demonstrated a high interest in his text and technical responsibilities and also I'll stand in customer service. So these 2 folks need to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to me. Thank you.

I appreciate the wonderful customer service I've always received from Culligan, and I especially appreciate the respect with which our last delivery driver treated our property. He took great care to keep the truck on the driveway when leaving, not an easy feat!
As our water softener is a new purchase for us, I can't speak yet on the product however the customer service from Culligan from the first quote to the installation was impeccable. We'll see how they do when and if something happens to require a service call but knowing how they've handled everything else so far puts my mind at ease and that's priceless.
