'I've had this softener for about 10 years and with period servicing. Some of the techs that were sent were ok, one was rude, but this last one you sent, First name removed S was amazing. He took his time to solve the problems, explained everything that he was doing, and the system seems to be ok again. I can't say enough good things about this nice young man.

I NEVER USE FAUSET water. CULLIGAN has replaced it with cleaner, healthier water. I don't buy service station coffee cause I think they use faucet water. Anyway I feel better using Culligan over a year I feel better.

Culligan water system and service plan is excellent. They stay on top of things with a monthly checkup of salt delivery to make sure the water treatment is meeting its needed demand.
If there's a need for service, they respond as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.
It has worked very well so far. The service is fast and efficient.
Folks are always on time, cheerful and helpful. It is a pleasure to work with them. I know the company has grown but at times is it difficult to contact the scheduling department. Just the price of growth.
