I would like to acknowledge Gurleen for her attention to my concerns regarding recent service call. She made sure that I was taken care of quickly (service tech to come over same day) and was a delight to talk to.

We were affected by the EF-1 Tornado, called that same day for help. The Technician came to assist with the major problem created by the storm. Very supportive, and empathetic. Completed an inspection and created a safe disconnection to avoid a major issue later. The next day we had another Technician out to repair the damage and make recommendations for our long-term fix. We are not up and running again with full confidence in our equipment.
We really appreciated all they have done to make this experience a good one with this company.
