I appreciate the Service of the Delivery Truck Person. He is a Saint for carrying the heavy salt bags all the way from his truck, through the house and down to the Softner, in the basement. That is amazing and so much appreciated since my Husband's passing and meaning that I would have to try and manage to handle myself. Always in a good mood and a pleasant word for my dog. Good people work there.

Everything from easy access to products the employees are very friendly, which is nice. Nobody likes a crabby employee coming to their house to deliver salt or fix something. Everybody likes a friendly service person. Leave your problems at home. That's what I say and call again does not have anybody that's crabby at least I've never run into one. I really enjoy call again their services and their people Their top-notch in my book.

Great quality coffee and Justin, our delivery driver goes above and beyond. We ran out of tea and he went out of his way before our regular delivery route day to make sure we had it for the next business day. We really couldn’t ask for a better delivery driver. We appreciate Justin.

So I’ve been with Culligan now for about 4 1/2 years. The first couple years were a little iffy. I feel like they were going through a transition. The service was not that prompt and it was very hard connecting with a client specialist to help me with my matters. But… I would like to say that I just recently dealt with Culligan after not having any issues for a couple years, which is good in itself, and they were so on top of it! Their customer service level has exceeded all of my expectations. I am thrilled! I’m not sure what’s changed or what’s going on but it’s a noticeable difference to me as a customer and a consumer, congrats on progressing forward with the best customer care possible.
The technician (Manny) that came out to install the system, was very informative and provided outstanding service.
