I use exchange tanks for soft water. I think it may help keep household plumbing in good condition. Soft water is easier on your skin too. Also like phone reminders that a delivery is scheduled for the next business day.

The quality of the product and the kindness of the employees. We've been using Culligan in our home for close to 50 years if not longer. We've never had issues, to my knowledge, with any of the equipment and the service people have always been trustworthy, courteous, and knowledgeable.
