Worked out a hard install situation to our satisfaction. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.
Our only dissatisfaction was that the sales person had not indicated the system had to be hooked up a certain type of water, so we ended up having to drill a hole in the wall.
#1 A person answered the phone and I did not have to navigate through a menu
#2 A very polite person answered, listened and hopefully resolved my problem.
Neil, our sales rep was outstanding. He was very honest and absolutely no pressure to buy the product. He explained everything thoroughly and we made the decision to proceed. The installers were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about the install and did a beautiful job running the required pipes. So far, we are enjoying the soft water.

The water treatment works.
The water tastes great, your guys come in and swap out the jugs, clean up after themselves and make sure we have what we need like cups. I’ve been the manager at this salon for a year and half and we’ve never ran out of water.

I have a very friendly and helpful delivery man who takes the salt down to my water softener and resets the softener to stay on the correct time. Also very friendly receptionists who take the call and schedule a delivery time that works for me.
Salt deliveries. At 80 I can't pick up heavy bags of salt. Best having it delivered.
