Larry sailed the seven roads to deliver our water, fighting through Troy (Cincinnati) and going through Poseidon’s son, winning, strapping himself to his truck to hear the sirens song so our company can get our water. Even after surviving Calypsos 7 year imprisonment he still delivered our water with a smile on his face. All in all Larry is a man among men and we love him he is the absolute best!!

Chris West, our salesman, has been extremely helpful with all questions we have had regarding installation of our new soft water and reverse osmosis system. Having salt delivered and put in tank is amazing. We also love the spring water system.
The fact that my father has been a customer for years and when he passed away, they continued our service for my sisters & I. No change in pricing or the way they deliver to us. Very professional and trustworthy people. They let us know when they are coming and we trust them with our garage code to deliver the bottles. We have never had a problem in all the years we have had the service.

The people are all kind and easy to talk with. They will answer questions you ask. The softener is pretty much maintenance free and easy to keep. A+++
Our water softener is 14 years old and still working properly. When we needed a service done on the water softener, a service tech came within a day or two. Very nice people and explained things thoroughly.

I receive the drinking water in my home. I love the crisp and clear taste. I don't have to buy plastic water bottles and the jugs come right to my house.
Jesson and Angel have been a Godsend ever since they became our delivery drivers. In such a crazy busy world it’s really appreciated that someone would call to work with us and remind us of an upcoming delivery before it happens. They always call ahead to make sure we need water. They ask how much we need and deliver exactly what we ask for and they remind us to put out any empties for pick up. They are also extremely kind and courteous willing to deliver heavy bottles right to our front door. This has been an extremely helpful change and we really are so glad that you’ve added them to your team.
