Brian was the plumber changing my filter and he did such a great job and explained everything. He had a great personality and you can tell he loves his job. He came on time. He even wiped down the faucet and cleaned the Faucet head. Explained everything I needed to know to drain the water after the filter replacement. He was the best Culligan tech that has ever serviced my reverse osmosis. Thank You!

Dylan came out to replace our cooler today. He took the time to show us that one common problem with top load coolers is most often not the cooler itself but the bottle having a crack in it. And sure enough the bottle that was on our cooler WAS cracked. He gave us a new bottle free of charge and left the new cooler anyway. Outstanding service from this gentleman. 10/10
