Great service for system repairs
We have been customers of Culligan since 2017 and could not be happier. We have a Culligan water softener system together with a reverse osmosis drinking water system, including the additional mineral boost filter, and the quality truly makes a difference in everyday life. The soft water helps prevent hard water buildup in household appliances, and even my skin feels much better. The drinking water tastes absolutely delicious with the added minerals.
What impressed us most recently was the major system service. Normally, the old salt is removed, the tank is cleaned, refilled, and all filters are replaced. This time, the technicians simply brought a completely new tank and exchanged it with the old one — quick, clean, and very professional.
I am originally from Germany and have only lived in the USA for about 10 years. In Germany, we are used to extremely high drinking water standards, so having good quality drinking water here was very important to me. Culligan gives me exactly that confidence and peace of mind.
Culligan in Coldwater has always been reliable, friendly, and quick to respond. They automatically deliver salt, replace filters, and are always there quickly if any issue comes up. We are more than satisfied and can absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

We get delivered water and salt from Culligan Total Water of Baraboo. Our delivery person, Eric does a great job. Is very professional and and always on time. The women who call to remind us of our delivery are very cordial and always remind us monthly. They have a good team at this office.

As a person with a back disability it is extremely difficult to maintain salt delivery and Culligan has the perfect affordable solution along with good service of our Culligan water conditioning
