Culligan takes care of my water system for me. They schedule service twice a year and bring salt. The only thing I have to do is add a bag of salt every now and then.

I used to watch my technician work on my ro system on the cameras in my house but ever since I got a new softener that uses wifi I can't connect my cameras to my phone. Weird.

I had answered a survey saying I was not happy with amount of salt my unit was using compared to a few years ago. It also was not regenerating according to use as I had wanted it set. I received a visit from Stephen to check out my complaint and a problem in the area of regeneration and was able to fix it. What a change in my salt use. It is now running as needed instead of ever three days. This happened in the Spring but I’m able to really tell a difference now for a one person household. Thank you so much Stephen.
I bought a soften in 1974 that worked until last week. Someone told me that the new soften would last 30 years with no service. Very happy about that. I'll be dead before I need another one
I can taste colors after getting my water system installed.

Price n convenient
We have solving things so far, but I have a problem. I'm trying to get a hold of somebody that's coming very difficult to get to. I don't know where the call because all the numbers are for feedback and they won't want to talk to somebody.
They seem to be good quality products that work well.
