Dylan came out to replace our cooler today. He took the time to show us that one common problem with top load coolers is most often not the cooler itself but the bottle having a crack in it. And sure enough the bottle that was on our cooler WAS cracked. He gave us a new bottle free of charge and left the new cooler anyway. Outstanding service from this gentleman. 10/10

I’m not sure if i like your service, it took 3 technicians to program the water conditioner and its still not right but i am going to live with it.
It gets really hot in the welding shop especially when we work with molten metal all day. Thankfully Dylan makes sure we never run out of water.

Our new driver dylan is great. I couldn't believe how fast he was in and out all while still able to be pleasant.
We got a new driver recently named Dylan. He's just as great as the last guy Ryan. We will miss Ryan but glad Dylan is just as awesome as Ryan is.

Honestly, Mike B. was the best part of this entire experience. HANDS DOWN the best service sales man I’ve ever personally experienced. He wasn’t pushy at all, yet super knowledgeable, exuded professionalism, expertise, intentionality, care, concern, to add to that he was very relational. He is truly a standup guy. He was honest, and patient with me as I asked a plethora of questions, he didn’t rush through the meeting or the process. He had integrity, and was meticulously testing each item several times to ensure its accuracy and reliability. I was apprehensive about rent to own, but he provided us with a sense of comfort about this whole process that made me actually want to seal the deal. I would rate a 10 star if I could!
