I love that Shane was very helpful in taking his time to locate everything to do the proper explanation as he walked with me through it. After the installation was completed, he allowed me to video record everything since I told him that I may forget the explanation. I loved that because he made me feel secured. He explained everything to me until I got it. He was very respectful and I really appreciate that. Thank you so much for everything.

Alexx is great. Takes care of our equipment, no hesitation on finding solutions. He came in to do a wellness check making sure our machines were operational. Even showed me preventive maintenance and basic cleaning.
