it works for me. I have a tankless water heater that requires soft water . that way the tankless water heater will last longer. and the service rep that changes out the tank is very good.
Fast and friendly...not a cliche...it is a practice at Culligan. Love the human touch..no recorded automated systems. People do make the difference.
Pretty much every part of your service has gotten worse since Aqua Falls was acquired (difficult to get in touch with a human when there are order questions, logging in and paying is a huge headache, etc.) but our driver, Caleb, is really good and I was worried that if I gave a sub-10 it might impact him in some way. Really, our delivery person is the only reason we stick with this company and so I think he deserves a ton of credit.
Technicans were very informative and friendly.
We really appreciate the consistent deliveries Culligan provides us. Their drivers are always friendly and never let us run out of water. Thanks for the service guys!

I am thrilled that I got a phone call from Norma offering my household a senior discount! I have been a Culligan customer for 31 years, 25 years at this location where we currently live, but also for the 6 years prior to that house when I lived in my previous location. Norma called me today in response to completing my recent survey. She told me she would be able to discount my monthly bill some. What a pleasant surprise it was to hear that! Being senior citizens living on a fixed income, rising costs of monthly services makes finances tighter and tighter. I am so grateful for Norma’s consideration and phone call.
