The representatives were on time, very friendly, and professional. They took appropriate time to check the softener and gave an honest assessment of its condition. There was nothing wrong with our softener even though the City contractor said there was a leak. The representative Finn indicated that the contractor pushed the unit and caused a temporary leak.
Erica was responsive and always accommodating. Isiah will return to complete the services. I am extremely happy with my water filter in my studio.
