It’s been less than 24 hours, machine seems to be working fine. I do want to compliment two outstanding employees of Culligan. Leticia who actually sold me the water softener was knowledgeable and very sweet. Truth be told, I didn’t plan on buying that day from you and she made the sale fun. The employee who came to install the softener yesterday was also great. I think his name was Chris. You could tell he liked his job and loved life in general. Buying from Culligan was an overall great experience.
