We had a Culligan water/ice machine installed when the water fountains in the office were turned off during the pandemic and we haven't gone back. The water and ice are the best. The service is also. The equipment we have dispenses ice, cold water, ambient temperature water, and hot water. We have had two problems in the last six years with our dispenser and both times the dispenser was replaced with a new one within two days. I feel that the customer service is very good. The technicians are always very friendly and professional. The dispenser is serviced on a regular basis. I wouldn't do without it.

We live in an area served by a community well. I was concerned about the quality of the drinking water, as it sometimes had a foul, sulfur-like smell and discoloration; other times, it had a strong chlorine smell; and it always left white, hard-water spots on the drinking glass.
That's when we decided to sign up with Culligan. Now the drinking water tastes better, it is clear, it no longer has those foul smells, and the hard-water spots are gone.

This is a very friendly, helpful and professional company. Zak is my delivery guy and he is awesome. He is always courteous and friendly. I like that he notifies me when he is on his way to my house giving me time to open the garage door for him. I also appreciate the reminders of what days he will be delivering.
