I am ok with your service. However, when I had my yearly service , the technician notice that the Culligan service person delivering the bags of salt did not stack the bags on the wood tablet.The empty savoy bags were not taken away but thrown careless all over the floor. Not only did the technician do his yearly check up but he took the time to collect the empty salt bags away ( not his job)
I am a Senior and I hope that in the future the person delivering the salt bags will take onto stack the salt bags and remove the empty bags.

I always get a reminder of the service date. The usual tech I get is always helpful…he usually calls when he is a stop or so away so I can be ready to escort him to the water softener.
