Convenience - I don't have to go purchase your product at a store and bring it in.. you deliver it to me. Also, our delivery guy is also so fast and efficient. He wants to make sure we are taken care of.

And I'm just a little upset today. I love call again water, but they didn't put my water in front of the garage. I got it on my porch. And I'm very upset about the they need to put it right where I placed the job.

Product is fine but the services provided is Excellent.
If there is a problem (which happens rarely) either someone talks me through it or a tech arrives promptly. The office staff is pleasant and helpful (shoutout to Olivia) and the delivery personnel are knowledgable and helpful.

Your service is very good. Tim is an excellent service technician and very professional in my home. It's a pleasure to see him when he comes to do service.
The cost for service has gotten quite a bit out of hand. My last service was $482 .70 and this service was $776 .80 for The Identical service. That's a 60.9% increase. Which is absolutely ridiculous. As a business model this is absolutely unheard of. It's bordering on a monopoly. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves.

Rob did a fine job. Last year the techs left me a big blue filter which was exactly the same number as the filter brought for replacement service. Rob used the one he brought and took the one they left last year with him. Since I had the correct filter already it would be nice if you credited the cost of the filter back to my credit card since Rob took it with him.
