Christian came back when water was leaking out of my new tank he had just installed. He was on his way home 45 miles away but came back & fixed problem. So after 5 when he left meaning he had to combat traffic.
I like how now my family and I have clean water to drink and to bath in. Also, the installation when great with Justin and he was willing to help me understand the system and how to reach out if I need help

Have no problems with water softener salt hanging up or clumping. Very helpful for us old folks to have someone put the salt in and carry the bags downstairs. We can do but this is much preferred.
