I'm in love with my soft water. I can't believe I was without soft water for 8 years. The customer service department is wonderful. they're very efficient and customer service oriented. Each and every individual that I've spoken with is just very friendly. Allison is a wonderful manager as well. Also Bill the salesman was so nice and friendly and really went out of his way to help me. My whole experience has been nothing but positive so far.
I wanted to make note that I rent my water softener I did not know that the service was available until my aunt's neighbor her about it I wish I'd known about it sooner.

We have been purchasing our water softener salt from a local retailer and bringing it home in our vehicle. Our main purpose in switching to CULLIGAN is that they have home delivery which saves us from carrying the bags down to our basement. We have also come to realize that their product is superior to what we had been previously using.
