We called Culligan to request a service call to check on a water softener we thought might not be working efficiently.
Despite the service technicians being very busy the secretary found a little window of time to send the guys out to take a look at our concern while were in town at our new condo.
We were very thankful for the service call and for the advice the technicians shared with us as to how to proceed with our situation.
