Big thanks to our water guy, Tom. We drink a lot of water and we run out occasionally. Just when Im about to call and request service, he shows up to save me the trouble.

Casey Mowry showed on time. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem, installed the new pump and made sure it was working properly. Then, importantly, he took the time to explain the issue to his customer. He's not only competent, but also friendly and respectful. A good customer face for Culligan.

This is the service team, just starting with janet is top notch, janet helped me out through a bind, janet help you get my appointment rescheduled to the next se because of something that came up again and did a great job in them. And Steve got out there he uh he sold the product very well, were very happy with that purchase.
Culligan is a good company. We had a little trouble with the faucet part if the dish washer was running.
We're gonna miss having Dylan around but Ryan was sweet and explained whats happening to their routes. Thanks for introducing yourself and checking if we needed anything!
