A friend recommended that I should contact you. So I did. I had a small water softener that just recently quit working and was anxious to replace it. When your representative visited, I was impressed with all the services that are offered by Culligan. That is what sold me on it. If there is a problem, I have backup--your crew. All I need to do is to contact you. That is really nice. I guess what really sold me is when I discovered I could get a reverse osmosis water filter. I remember when my son had one and it made the morning coffee really good. When I knew that I could get both, that did it.
I like I don't have to do anything. Just have a service technician change the tank once a month.
