Your product is great I’m sure! But the delivery service was top notch! Darrius and Phillip were such a delight! And such a pleasure to have in my home! When they left, a smile stayed on my face for the longest time. Also, when setting up my account, I dealt with a man named Travis. He was amazing too and exercised much patience being that I was having a bit of trouble with my phone resulting in a bit of communication issues. He remained patient and we worked through it. We interviewed a total of (4) softwater contractors - we let them all test the water - reviewed the results and listened to their presentations. Caleb, at Culligan was the most personable, knowledgeable and we felt that we were being told the plain truth unlike the competition.
Culligan also offered rental option that was cheaper than the finance option that we were entertaining. As a benefit, Culligan maintains the equipment and provides the salt - the competition did not.
The install was completed by one technician and he listened to my expectation for the install - all exceeded our exception.
Tim (Installer) and Caleb (Sales) made a great team that made us feel confident we made the right decision for our home.
Damian is the most courteous supplier ever. He brings rag to mop up the overflow of water.

On time friendly delivery driver. Gary went above and beyond in delivering our quarterly salt to our basement tank. We were nearly out so it required eight full bags. He did it quickly and efficiently and was very friendly and pleasant to talk with while he worked. Very good delivery experience.
