I like that they deliver and take the salt downstairs and put it in the tank for me. It also is a good product. They also check the settings while doing this.

Driver and service is great
We've been using Culligan for quite some time before it was even Culligan. I would say the people make all the difference. Shelly in the office has always been so helpful and has always gone out of her way when we've had issues with billing or delivery. Delivery is always timely and we know when we can expect our water. It's been a great experience and would recommend.
I greatly appreciate that you take the bags of salt to the absent and load the softener. If you wouldn't do it, I'd have to rely on my kids or grandson. They are so busy with life and it's hard for them to fit it in their schedules. Thank you!!!!
