I should preface my comments with the fact I did not want a water softener, however, necessity drove to the need for one.
Having a reluctant need forced my hand, so I called Culligan in Marlette. From the initial call and onward through the follow-up stop the team made to check the system (post installation), I was treated as if I was their most valued client. Marc and Dan did a phenomenal job of installation and trained me on the systems functionality.
Overall, I am very pleased with my system and how it has met my needs.
