Our unit was leaking, Culligan was able to dispatch a technician to diagnose the problem (faulty tank). The technician (Eric) stopped the leak and took the tank away and replaced it in two days.
You have a schedule that we can follow. Your delivery person usually calls in advance. The only thing is that you do not seem to record for record the number of bottles we request. We requested 10 bottles each delivery. Some times you are short of that and have had to return with the extra. Nor sure why it is not standard to provide 10 bottles each delivery.

I love that my automatic re-order relieves me of the need to check the salt level, and the delivery is always proceeded by a text or email so I know when to expect it, and that the kind and professional delivery men will carry the bags of salt into the house, fill the softener tank, clean up and carry out the empty bags, relieving me of hauling five or six 40 lb. bags from the store to my car and then into my house and hoisting them chest high to empty into the tank! Best service ever!
