In my experience from janet's calling me back to schedule me was very professional, friendly, very warm. And also the water specialist div came out who was very friendly, answered all my questions and I was a big part of my decision to go with culligan.
I called about getting a new under the sink RO system and in less than a week the water consultant came to check things out. Then the next DAY after the water consultant had come someone came out to perform the installation. They had already done the prep work on the system so that I could use the water from it as soon as it was installed. The water is delicious! And this Culligan system has a rather larger output than my old system. I call that excellent service!
