We needed a new softener installed, they made an appointment for us and we didn't have to wait long. The installation person was great and did a excellent job. Very professional. My only complaint would be that prices are getting to high. I guess that's everything these days but we waited for sales or bargains and we never saw any. We are seniors on a budget. The financial company they use wanted way to much information for the amount your financing and couldn't seem to understand how we budget our money so in the end we just used a credit card. Need more options for seniors maybe, other than all that....thank you our water is great!
I like the salt being delivered to my home and being put into my container. The weight of the salt bags is getting too heavy for me to carry and lift!

The technician was courteous and quick. The cannisters and red light were installed within 20 minutes or less. Water tested.
Crisp water
Our Culligan water softener system has operated as specified with regular scheduled service calls by Culligan technicians.
On Friday, August 7th, during a routine service visit, indications provided by the control/monitoring unit indicated our water system had a serious leak.
On Monday, August 10th, our entire system was evaluated by a certified plumber, including detailed inspection of our crawl space.
The conclusion was that our water system does NOT have a leak.
Either the monitoring system information was erroneous or the information provided was misinterpreted by the technician.
The quality of the technicians are providing services is very good and they are very knowledgeable of the work that they're doing. Plus they ensure that the surface is done to the customer satisfaction.

The worst initial glitches, but it was mostly due to a poor sales rep that is no longer with the company.
The installation team did a good job. There were problems with water softening, but it turned out to be a faulty O-ring a valve.
Overall, Culligan was good about responding and has taken care of my salt requirements to date.
The water softening process is working very well. I may end up rerouting, though discharge line off of it due to some erosion issues that it’s created.
