They provide me clean water to drink and cook with, I am not worried about putting bleach and God knows what else in my body. I can’t even stand to turn the tap on to do dishes at times the bleach smell is so strong- there is no way i could lift a glass of that to my lips! We absolutely love our services! We did the cooler rental for years & was happy with it but decided that buying our own cooler would be worth it in the long run financially. The bottle service is unmatched! The delivery man is always so adamant about dropping the full bottles anywhere I want, including inside my home, it’s never a drop & go. Of course the water itself is always crystal clear, fresh, & CLEAN! We LOVE Culigan!
They came out twice, to check my softener. The first the problem was my lack of experience with any water softener, and the second time was to test the water- it didn't "feel soft". Test showed I was getting soft water. Both times scheduling was easy, and a tech was there within two days. And there was no charge. Thank you 😃

Products are excellent, without the reverse osmosis filtration system we would not be able to drink our well water. The service is also impeccable, we recently had to call Ian and Josh out to our home to replace a culligan filter in the pump house because our water pressure was non-existent, they made our situation a priority and came out the very next day to fix the problem. They were both extremely personable and efficient.

I knew we wanted to replace our water softening system. The salesman was very professional, polite, and didn’t push for anything more than what we wanted. He presented options, and I respected that he didn’t come over pushy. If he had, I may have gone to a different company for a system.
The freshness of the water convince of it getting delivered at my home. Being disabled the goy that delivers my water helps me so much!
