So far the products have been excellent. I've had Culligan since I moved here in 2008. I switched water service to the new system and have enjoyed the product as well.
The best customer service. I live in a sometimes annoying HOA. Recently, our HOA hired all new Gate Security, w/o proper training. For weeks, this new system denied entry to Culligan even though they were on my approved delivery service. The Culligan staff patiently tried over and over to get through. They could have easily said, forget it, but together we worked out a plan & when I desperately needed a delivery, they made arrangements & we finally got them in. Between the driver & my customer service agent, they couldn’t have been more helpful. If you’re curious, I added them under family, so we joke now, I told my driver, he’s my Bro now. xo
I would like to have my water checked for the quality of my softener in my water every 3 months.
