The service rep explained the sequence of his troubleshooting method to correct the error message on my water softener screen. He answered all my questions during his investigation. After correcting the problem, he gave his professional opinion on a water line issue I was having with my refrigerator. He was a

It’s easy. The softner is in an out of the way location. The salt is delivered to my door. All I have to do is keep the salt tank full. Easy peasy!
The installation was excellent. The installation technician arrived punctually and was courteous and very helpful with his review of the smart system operations after completion of the installation. We are new to hard water but so far the smart system appears to be working well and the water is pleasant.

I love that I am no longer wasting so many plastic water bottles! The quality of the water is great, I love the taste. The service is great and the fact that I can have the bottles delivered or even pop in and replace bottles if we run out early is great.
