Phone calls are answered by a live person at the business number who is exceptionally kind, intelligent, and professional. No failed deliveries. I am very happy with my Culligan water softener. The water quality has improved noticeably, and the system works very well. Prompt, friendly and competent
We have had numerous Culligan salt deliveries made over the past 35 years. The delivery men changed frequently during those years; but they all knew how we wanted our salt delivered. The last delivery guy left 2 bags of salt on our front porch. The same delivery man had a real attitude when sent back to do the job correctly. I don't want him in my house ever again.
