So far the softener and reverse osmosis thing have been great. Everyone we’ve interacted with Ih any way has been amazing. My only issue was having to write down my social and credit card info on paper. It doesn’t seem very secure and it makes me very nervous. I hope that paper is destroyed once the necessary info is processed. Other than that, everything and everyone have been awesome.
I always get a quick response. He has walked me thru a few procedures without having to send out a technician.

I have one of your water softeners and also have salt delivered to my home and put into the softener. The deliver is always kind.
