Chuck Hayes from the Poconos office is such a sweetheart. I live alone and I'm agoraphobic and reclusive. I don't trust people and don't like them in my home. Chuck is the exception. I feel completely safe and respected when Chuck comes to do service or maintenance. He takes time to explain what he's doing and why, and he goes over everything on my bill so i understand exactly what I'm being charged for.
On my most recent service call, Chuck brought George with him. George was very respectful, compassionate and understanding.
I have only 3 people in my life and i have several mental illnesses. I'm not used to being around people and i find people in general to be scary.
Chuck is so kind, honest and approachable that i look forward to his service calls. George appears to be following in Chuck's footsteps and I would trust George here alone too.
