I am a new Culligan customer. I recently contacted the company by phone regarding three (3) concerns. The woman i spoke with was very amiable and was able to resolve one issue immediately. A service call was then scheduled, at no charge, to address my remaining concerns. The technician who arrived (Trent) was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. His solutions successfully resolved my remaining concerns. I highly recommend this company as competent, responsive and professional.

Customer service is top notch.

I really appreciate the convenience and reliability of Culligan’s water delivery service. In particular, Fred, our delivery driver, has always been friendly, professional, and dependable. He provides great customer service and makes sure our deliveries are handled efficiently and on time. Having a reliable driver like Fred makes the entire Culligan experience even better.
