Nice, polite, people come in your home and know there job they take the time to explain what is going on and if there is any changes in your water. We have great tasting water, any problems your are right here. We had a issue years back and I did one of these surveys and I let you know I wasn't happy you actually called me and told me how sorry you were on the issue and it was resolved, we didn't expect that phone call from you , It's nice to see a company taking care of it's costumers.

Ian was amazing with answering all my questions. He helped ensure we were set up quickly. Jordan was an amazing installer, he was efficient and made sure I knew how to use everything, was to expect and where to find even more information if needed. I would highly recommend getting set up with Culligan. The reverse osmosis system has me enjoying drinking water, something I never did, and my coffee has never tasted better. My cats are also enjoying it. The water softener has made such a difference in every single aspect, from my skin and hair to my dishwasher and washing machine. If you live in Brantford you need to get a softener, you will not regret it!
