Bear was quick and efficient with our reverse osmosis system installation and was very helpful in providing us information about our system.
They come to service my drinking system on time. My drink system is thoroughly sterilized. All the membrane and filters are replaced. Pressure is pumped into the tank. There was some leaking issue from one of the filters and fittings after the first guy left. The second technician came shortly to deal with it after my call. They sent the supervisor to come eventually to resolve the leaking issue very quickly. He replaced the fitting and the blue connection tube and the problem is fixed. All of them are very friendly and professional.

I order salt to be delivered as I am nearing 80 yrs old and find the bags a little heavy for me to come and pick up and Haul down the basement.
