It is very convenient especially for older customers who are not able to lift and tote. It makes it possible for them to have the softened water that they want in their home.
Our delivery went very smoothly. I was notified in time to get my dogs secured upstairs. The driver arrived right on-time. He was very polite and did a great job getting the requested number of bags of salt into the basement. Great service for the delivery.
Notification 1-2 weeks before the upcoming delivery would be more helpful as we are not always available with only a few days notice.

Everything was fine with this visit. However, I would have liked a reminder call beforehand giving me the timeframe of the visit. I had to call to find out whether anyone was coming and approximately when to expect them. My time is also valuable!
