From the first time we contacted Culligan seeking service on our system we have been very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the technicians sent to our home.
The reverse osmosis system I leased worked great! Service was prompt and contract fulfilled to the letter. I used the service for about nine years. The only reason I don't still have it is because I moved to a different state.
I like that I do not have to know a lot about the system, Culligan of Anoka is very responsive to my calls and they take care of any issues quickly.

The second guy repaired the unit and explained it well. The first guy said more needed to be done, but no one called us to set up the repair. When I called the next week, they set up the repair for the following Tuesday and the repair was done well and they followed up calling to see what went wrong the first time. They made it right and that's something not all companies do. Well, done.
