I had to change the water softener rental agreement to my name when I bought the house. Phoning Culligan was easy and the process was seamless. The technician who came out for the service call just to make sure all was working properly was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me how the water softener worked.

Is the product expensive, yes however you do not change the equipment often. It is mostly outdated when you pay for a change of product.---many years!!

George, the wonderful, kind, helpful delivery gentleman brings my water directly to the door closest to my house in my garage. He will ring my bell if he doesn’t see the empties out by the garage. The Broadheadsville office staff, Lucille, Lynn and Gina call me the week before my delivery to remind me and we ALWAYS have a friendly conversation! WAY TO GO Culligan if Broadheadsville! I like that they came to my house and tested the water before recommending the system that I needed. Installation was done efficiently and customer service has been excellent. Dennis, the installer, even showed me how to fix my slow running kitchen faucet with an easy fix and it worked! Very happy with Culligan!
