Water softener maintenance is very efficient.
You take care of everything. I don't have to call for appointments, refill any tanks, or change parts or do anything but turn on a faucet! I also appreciate the extra filtering system because my husband has Chronic Kidney Disease. (He has to drink a gallon of water a day!) Thank you also for such friendly & helpful guys!

Delivery and placement of water softener.
I have a water softener. Just replaced it after 18 years, so I'm going to say that their equipment is very reliable. They also have a great delivery system for salt. Either on a schedule, or you can call to order more and it's delivered within the week. If asked, the driver will bring the salt down to the machine and load it in. Great company, great service!
