We like the ease of delivery. Ryan came to deliver today and usually delivers the salt to the front of my home. I asked him to deliver the salt to the back of my home since my spouse isn’t home. He was very nice and accommodating, and even offered to put the bags of salt inside the garage for me. Thanks for the great and friendly service!
I find the salt deliveries to be very convenient and pricing is great .
The water filter system is also a big plus as it is effectively giving a better water .

Very nice and good product
Service man was very knowledgeable, and spent several hours diagnosing and soolving the problem. Changed defective equipment and cleaned up on cimpletion of work. I must say that whatever problems i have had, and there have been few, have always been adressed as soon as possible, and to my satisfaction. Get rid of Cully and answer thephone with a human.
I have an old back injury, so I need the Culligan team to bring in the heavy bags of salt and put them in my brine tank to test my water. I ask many questions every time they come and every time I learn a lot of new information about my City water in Plymouth.
Excellent service always follow through with their promises. We have been using their water softener for about nine years. They always come and check on it whenever I request it because of power surges, but they also go over it with us so that we can do it if we need to ourselves. The people in the office in Perryville are wonderful to talk to and follow up on and the man that comes just for check up of the water softener is very helpful. And by the way, the water softener is excellent. We love it.
The workers. Calling them is a breeze because the receptionist is always pleasant, instead of sounding like she hates being there. The delivery person is always right on time and he breaks the salt bridge in the water softener without being asked. Ive seen the same delivery person for years which puts me at ease. I know hes not scoping out what's in my garage and I know he's not going to walk off with anything while Im in the house. A HUGE plus!

Does Culligan carry smaller bottles of water? 16oz. ? These huge 5 gallon bottles are extremely heavy for elderly people.
