Tim, who serviced the filter today, was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He offered suggestions to maintain good working order of this water softener and is a great representative for customer relationships. The product itself is working fine.
I recently had Culligan come out to inspect my water softener's inline water filter as it had a slow leak. It was discovered that the filter housing was cracked so it needed to be replaced. Culligan came out as scheduled and replaced the leaking unit. Due to a miscommunication, the replacement inline filter wasn't the equivalent as the one that was removed and unexpectedly cost much more than anticipated. The general manager was great to work with as he lowered the invoice to reflect what the cost would have been if a comparable unit were replaced instead of the high-end unit that was installed. Additionally, after install, this new inline water filter had a very slow drip leak coming from one of the joints After reaching out to the general manager, a technician was quickly sent out to provide a repair. The new water filter is working perfectly now without any leaks - thanks Matt (Culligan GM) for making everything right as this all unfolded!

A very polite cuz our courteous this like today we're sitting here snow out there, he gave me my bottles and then to give me a call and ask me if I need to solve and these guys do this all the time and I appreciate that. So I'm going to give him a couple bags of salt. I even helped him out with the bottles because yeah, that's a tough job. And he does a good job.
I appreciate having soft water in a county that has crappy water to begin with. During the period of time where our system was functioning properly, we loved the feel and lack of hard water spotting
When our system was down, it was evident that we had a problem. We felt it on our skin and also saw a lot of spotting.
We are glad Sean was able to identify the root issue and replace the necessary components in order to resolve our issue and get us back up and running.

I love the service Culligan of LaGrange provides. They even call to make sure I need delivery and if I need anything else. I am not a big company or a big user of water, but I really do appreciate their attention to us because it is important for us to have high quality drinking water at work that is free of PFAS and other contaminants.
