Shane came to our house to service us. He came prepared with the part he thought we needed. He was in and out within an hour. He was fast, efficient, and very nice. He showed me what he fixed and went through it all with me. He even wrote down new instructions incase we needed it in the future. 10/10 from us!

We are very happy with our Culligan products and the individuals from the company who helped sell and install them. It’s been great having nice filtered drinking water and having soft water for the entire home. We are extremely happy we chose Culligan. Also we want to note that our water consultant Mary Evans did a great job when she came to our house to do an initial water test for us and then tell us about the product. It’s not often that we buy something on the spot, but we had gone ahead and purchased the water softener system before Mary left our house. also Kevin Davis, who installed our water softener was one of if not the best professionals we have worked with. We had a very tricky installation because Kevin had to run a pipe underground from the source of the water to our garage to put the water softeners into the garage and we were asked by our HOA to re-put the black cover on top of the soil and then put new black rocks on top of that black cover so essentially redo the landscaping above where he laid the pipe. now this was something that we learned as he was doing this, and so he could not have been prepared for it or the company could not have been prepared for it before they started the work, but they were very good at making sure that they helped us in anyway they could and they said no problem they would do it and they were able to do it and didn’t slow down the installation at all even even with dealing with our HOA. again extremely impressive job by Culligan and we’re very happy we went with them.
