Very efficient, courteous and professional. We have had the service for a number of years and have not had any issues.
Product works well. The guy who bring the product is professional and tells us he tested our water and it is fine.
My only negative comment is that when the salt is delivered, I receive TOO MANY notices …. By email and text and phone! My husband receives them as well. It’s too much.
Robert is a very talented service tech - he helped us last year when we had a horrible experience w/ new carbon unit. He is the best at servicing homes. You need more techs like Robert!
