A "Thank you" to Brian who came to my house after I reported a leaking tank the day after the tank exchange day/3/25. He removed the tank inspected it and reinstalled it. Later, the water was again forming under the tank; he returned and replaced it. Very helpful and pleasant young man. carol
What I like the most is the salt delivery, it helps! Mine is in the basement and it's a lot to get the salt downstairs and in the bin. And the delivery guys are always super nice! Great customer service!!
