I like the fact that all of your people there are very nice and friendly and helpful I definitely want to send an amazing review for Jakob Way. He’s the one that came and talked to me about the reverse osmosis and then when they came to install it and there was a problem with my plumbing underneath, he came himself and fix that so I did not have to get a plumber and he installed my reverse osmosis answered all my questions. He’s a very nice friendly, helpful young man and deserves a lot of credit.

My experience with Culligan of Maryland was easy, straightforward and delivered exactly the results I was expecting. I enjoyed working with Steve Kloch who came to my home and performed a water evaluation. He explained the options Culligan had to fix my water harness and provide the filtering I wanted. He was very responsive to my questions and made the process seemless from selecting the proper unit to scheduling install and even coming back to follow up and confirm the system was installed properly and functioning correctly. The results have been felt by me and my family almost immediately and I am glad I made the choice to go with Culligan of Maryland for my whole home water softener and filter.

Service is always on time and great and they even go the extra mile during bad weather to call and confirm your order and anytime I’ve had to call the office for anything. Everybody is always so helpful.
Everything is perfect, as it was last time, except for one small thing, which I felt I had to deduct a point for. I order 3 bottles, and have your representative mark my delivery slip to only leave 3, but pick up 4 empties, as I'm trying to return one that's just taking up unnecessary space in my garage. Twice now, your driver has left the same number of full bottles as empties, so I'm left with the same problem for next time. I don't know how to get rid of the extra one.
When I moved from Orlando to Freeport, Florida, the only water service that would come out to our residential community on a golf course was Culligan Water. When I moved back to Orlando, I decided to stay with Culligan.
I am on my 2nd driver in a year, but the current driver has been with the company for a few years and took over the route when the first driver quit. It has taken a couple of months for my deliveries to be made on the date stated, but I believe it is back on track now.
